Very varied, many highlights over hill and dale. Water cascade, walk through a water tunnel; reminiscent of Masca in the past, lava rock faces, lush greenery with streams, ...
This is what YOUR day could look like:
Pick up at the hotel, amusing drive (approx. 1 h), short stop in a typical local bar, Hiking part 1, up to the cascade: (see insider tip 1 ) Optional climbing/swimming in the cascade, don’t forget bathing suit and bathing shoes*. Even if the water is a bit cool, still very refreshing. Hiking Hiking part 2, cascade to water tunnel: the most strenuous part of the hike, but the experience and the views compensate. From the "dilapidated building" there are 2 options, further up over the mountain ridge or -our variant- just a little higher, along rock walls and through the forest down again to a water channel. You could be forgiven for thinking we were in a (German) mountain range. Lush greenery, a stream with flowing water - for Tenerife this is madness and even for many locals hardly imaginable. A head for heights, surefootedness, hiking experience and fitness at the respective level are absolutely necessary!
On adventure tours during the hike you are by us only insured on official hiking trails.This means that you hike at your own risk in some sections!

Equipment/ Kit list:
In principle: It is better to have a little too much than too less! Unnecessary equipment can stay in the bus, so do not have to be carried as luggage during the hike.
- footwear which is suitable for trekking. For hygienic reasons a loan is not possible at the moment.
- Please refer to the respective daily schedule for any special equipment requirements.
- Wind and sun protection (suncream, head covering),
- sufficient water (1,5L per person),
- something to eat (picnic) during the hike, (provisions not including)
- - appropriate clothing; the weather can change quickly and without warning in the most areas of Tenerife! It can be cloudy or cooler specially in the north (Anaga/ Teno)! Therefore a thin (waterproofed) jacket is always a good decision.

Insurance:
As a registered company, we pay social security, taxes, etc. Of course accident and liability insurance is also included in the price.
